Terms of Service

By using DataPilot at datapilotsolution.com you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

DataPilot stores and organizes your files and data and lets your AI assistant ask questions about them through the DataPilot plug-in. Answers are AI-generated and can be wrong; check the cited sources before relying on them.

2. Your account and content

You sign in with Google and are responsible for your account. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you let us store and process it only to run the service for you. Only upload content you have the right to use. Don’t misuse the service, break the law with it, or try to access other users’ data.

3. Plans, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically.
Cancellation: cancel any time from Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then returns to Free.
Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we will fix it.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Keep your own copies of important files.
